Like last few years we were with our favourate NSS volunteers of Acharya Marathe College, Chembur in Wakadi Panchayat, Panvel to enjoy the night of 31st December together while appreciating their annual event called “Beej Ankur”.

This year’s celebration was even more important as it was the 50th Anniversary of NSS which always talks about commitment and service through its thousands of dedicated and committed volunteers towards our society.

The “Beej Ankur” function was executed by more than 30 volunteers who participated in several cultural programs which was attended by over 150 volunteers of NSS who were camping out there and several hundreds of local villagers. It was really entertaining for all and received lots of appreciations from all the quarters.
